Why Agape?
Agape is a self sacrificing love that gives equally to friend and enemy. It denotes a complete commitment and is the word used in the greatest of commandments: "'Love (agapao) the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind."(Matthew 22:37)
Thus, Agape is our mission: it is who we strive to be and the mark we wish to leave on the world. In Jesus Christ we have a perfect example of this complete love and as a youth ministry we want to be vessels of that love, carrying it to our community, throughout Broward County, and across the nation.
